What we collect

When you create an account, Listquill stores your name, email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself). Using the product creates content you own: property listings and the marketing packs generated from them, all stored in your workspace database.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your personal data or your listings with third parties.
• We don’t use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
• Brochure share links are unlisted, token-protected URLs — anyone with the exact link can view that one brochure, and nothing else.

AI providers

If you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in Settings, listing details are sent to that provider under your key and their terms. Without a key, marketing packs are generated by the built-in engine and nothing leaves the server.

Cookies

Listquill uses a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It expires after 7 days and contains no personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Your content stays until you delete it. Deleting a listing removes its marketing pack and its brochure link stops working immediately. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, contact the address below.
