The service

Listquill is a listing-marketing tool: it drafts listing descriptions, social posts, email copy and shareable brochures from property details you provide. You bring the judgment; always review generated content before publishing it.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. A paid plan covers the listing volumes shown on the pricing page.

Your content and your listings

Marketing packs you generate are yours, including commercial use. You’re responsible for what you publish — including the factual accuracy of property details, compliance with real-estate advertising rules in your jurisdiction, and fair-housing laws. Generated copy describes the property details you enter; verify every claim before it goes to market.

Acceptable use

• No generating content that is illegal, deceptive or discriminatory.
• No attempting to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.
• No reselling access without a separate agreement.

AI-generated content

Generated drafts may contain errors or omissions — nothing generated is a guarantee of inquiries, inspections or sales.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
